The Einstein team has significant expertise in proposal and grant writing, as well as other key elements of fundraising. We have extensive experience with proposal development, grant capture, writing, monitoring and reporting for donors ranging from public entities, municipalities, government agencies such as USAID, and foundations including the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Hewlett and Packard Foundations, European donor agencies and others.
We have led efforts to develop organization-wide strategic and business plans and other key organizational requirements.
For example, the Einstein Speaks principal, Pam Norick, was a founding executive at the International Partnership for Microbicides (IPM), a nonprofit organization dedicated to HIV prevention for women worldwide, helping the organization get its sea legs as a scientifically driven, evidenced-based global health and product development organization, strengthening the organization’s brand and helping to mobilize tens of millions of dollars in support of HIV prevention for women.
As CEO of Venture Strategies Innovations, a nonprofit devoted to women’s health, Pam and her team developed a business model and communications strategy to increase the organization’s global health reach, expand its product pipeline and diversify its funding base.
